By using Primer's website and purchasing tickets for events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

   • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Primer is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

2. Event Admission & Conduct

   • A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the event.

   • Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including security screenings if applicable.

   • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

   • Primer reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

   • Primer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

   • Attendees participate at their own risk and agree to release Primer from any claims related to the event experience.

5. Privacy Policy

   • Personal information collected during ticket purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
